Lūma Coach, LLC provides executive and high-performance coaching. Coaching is a partnership oriented toward helping clients develop their own clarity, decision-making, and execution. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial or investment advice, and is not a substitute for any of those licensed professional services. Brendan Winans is not a licensed therapist, physician, attorney, or financial advisor, and nothing provided through coaching should be relied upon as such.
Business, leadership, and personal outcomes depend on many factors outside Lūma's control, including the client's own effort, decisions, market conditions, and circumstances. Lūma does not guarantee specific results, income, revenue, or business outcomes from coaching, and no statement on this website or made by Lūma should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of future performance.
Fees, billing cadence, cancellation, and refund terms for 1:1 Executive Coaching are set out in the individual client agreement signed prior to engagement. The client agreement governs in the event of any conflict with this website.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the site's operation or security, or to copy, scrape, or reproduce site content without permission.
All content on this site, including text, design, and coaching methodology, is the property of Lūma Coach, LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
This site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as scheduling tools. Lūma is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Kern County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with any signed client agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lūma Coach, LLC regarding use of this website and coaching services.
Lūma Coach, LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
